To celebrate the new year, Quality Homes released an incredible collection of new and improved floorplans to meet the changing desires of our valued homeowners. But it doesn’t stop there as we’ve released ANOTHER new collection of designs! Three new and three improved 2-3 bedroom models ranging from 1,302-1,615 sq.ft., each with a variation to offer more flexibility and personalization to your lifestyle.

LET US INTRODUCE…

The Woodstock 

You may have seen The Woodstock before – you might even own one yourself! – but we’ve created a brand new way to live in this compact bungalow. While they both offer 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with efficient 1,302 sq.ft. layouts, there are key differences in both elevation and function. The Woodstock A is characterised by a garage at the front of the home, dual closets in the primary bedroom, and a footprint that works perfectly for a small lot.

Moving the garage to the side of the home, The Woodstock B allows for a large, bright window in the primary bedroom and ensuite, and direct access to the garage near the back door of your home. Outside, the change in garage location offers a new elevation with an alternate roofline, and provides better views from your front porch.

The Carleton

A Quality classic, The Carleton is a 2-3 bedroom bungalow that has undergone a modern transformation. At 1,536 sq.ft., this contemporary refresh offers beautiful open concept living spaces, soaring vaulted ceilings, and more intelligent flow throughout. The Carleton A offers 3 bedrooms, a large front porch, and a primary suite complete with walk-in closet, ensuite, and vaulted ceilings. And with several alternate versions of this same plan, you can custom-tailor the design to suit your needs by changing the third bedroom into an office, changing the configuration of your primary ensuite, and more.

Reversing the original plan, The Carleton B includes 2 bedrooms to offer a more formal dining room instead, which allows for an even larger open concept kitchen with beautiful bright windows and ample storage. This version also has a larger walk-in closet, and the option to extend a large back porch. And just like the original, The Carleton B offers an alternate layout to best suit your needs.

The Moorefield

A brand new creation, this 1,615 sq.ft. bungalow is designed to offer the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. Open concept living spaces are great for gatherings of all sizes, while bedrooms are separated by the ensuite, laundry room, and a hallway for separate spaces to retreat. The Moorefield A is 2-bedroom design with a formal dining room that leads out onto the covered deck for indoor-outdoor dining. A front foyer offers convenient storage for a tidy home and a formal welcome, yet with clear open sightlines, you can see through the rear window the moment you step inside. It’s the perfect balance of form and function.

The Moorefield B combines the kitchen and dining room to allow for a third bedroom or office for optimal use of space. Designed with the charm of an English country garden home, the exterior of The Moorefield B includes decorative dormers and a peaked roof over the front porch for balance and architectural distinction. Combined with the flexible interior and the privacy of the primary suite separate from the others, it’s the perfect home to suit the needs of a modern family.
